How to Play a Contest Quiz?

Register/Log in to the Winzy app with your credentials, to start playing the Quiz, deposit the required money into the My wallet section available in your account profile page. Once you have successfully entered a contest you can start playing!

1. Enter - Select a contest of your choice

2. Play - Once you enter pick a topic and Play Quiz and increase your knowledge.

3. Score - Your score will be presented to you at the end of the Quiz

4. Leaderboard - Fastest to answer all Quiz questions Correctly Wins

5. Cash-Out - You Won! Time to Cash-out. You can withdraw cash from My wallet section on your profile page.

How do I win?

Attempt to answer all the questions correctly and in the Shortest time and you can climb up our our leader board , to Supersede your current Ranking you can reattempt the Quiz. Your score will show up as a pop up at the end of every quiz.

How do I use Promo codes?

Use your promo coupon in the page right before you enter /pay any contest quiz. You can enter the coupon code and select apply coupon to avail your discount before you pay for the contest.

How many times can I attempt a particular Quiz contest?

Each contest varies. But you usually get a maximum of 5 attempts

How Often are the Quiz Contests released on Winzy ?

We have a minimum weekly contests and this can keep going up. You will get a notification as when we release our new quiz contests.

How to add cash into my Winzy wallet ?

Go to “My Wallet” section on your profile page. Put in the amount you would like to add. You can then simply use your Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking account, UPI or wallets (Amazon Pay, MobiKwik, PayPal, PhonePe & PayTM) to add cash to your wallet.

Is it safe to enter my card details? Does Winzy app save any of it?

Yes, it is absolutely safe. We do not store your credit/debit card details with us, including your CVV number. We only work with trusted third party payment gateways with 3D secure authentication to ensure safety & security of all your financial transactions.

I've added cash to my Winzy wallet recently, how soon will it appear?

Majority of the deposit transactions on Winzy are successfully credited within 30 minutes. If the transaction doesn't credit within 30 mins do not worry!! The transaction will be refunded back to your source account within 7-21 working days by your bank. You can check with your bank for the transaction status. Meanwhile, please feel free to add cash using an alternate mode like credit cards, debit cards, internet banking or wallets.

Please be rest assured that your money is completely safe and will either get refunded to your bank account/wallet or get credited to your Winzy wallet

How do I withdraw/ Cash-out my Winnings on Winzy App?

You can follow the below steps to place a withdrawal request

  • Step 1: Login to your Winzy account
  • Step 2: Visit the profile page and then My Wallet click on 'Withdraw’ option, you will receive an option to enter an amount once you click on 'Withdraw'.
  • Step 3: You can enter the amount you would like to withdraw. You will be re-directed to your Payout partners link and you can make safe withdrawals by our many methods - payTM , PhonePay, GPay, UPI bank transfers and many more.

    • You can withdraw money from the total balance in your “My wallet”. This could also include your existing deposits plus your winnings on Winzy platform.

    What ways can I use to Withdraw Cash from Winzy App?

    You can simply use your Net Banking account, UPI or wallets (Amazon Pay, MobiKwik, PayPal, PhonePe & PayTM) to withdraw cash to your wallet.

    Where do I check my Winnings ?

    After a contest ends all the winners are put up on the leaderboard. For all contest Quizzes you can check the contest quiz leaderboard section. Note: Leaderboard for play store version and Contest version are separate and can be toggled to check.

    When will the winnings be distributed?

    The winner declaration and crediting of the winnings to your Winzy wallet usually happens within a couple of hours after the contest is completed. We verify the leaderboard before it appears on the app.

    How will I be informed if I win a Cash prize?

    Ranks and your score will be updated and displayed at the end of every contest in the leaderboard section. If you win in any cash contest, the winnings will be credited automatically to your Winzy account balance (“My Wallet”) which can be viewed on your profile page.

    The users who have won will also be notified via notification section of the app. Please enable push notifications in your phone settings so that you can receive notifications even when you are not using the app.

    What is a game of skill under Indian laws?

    A game of skill is when a player invests his/her time in learning, practicing and refining his skill to perform in a particular game. The Supreme Court noted that games of skill would be where

  • “success depends principally upon the superior knowledge, training, attention, experience and adroitness of the player. It is also noted by the Supreme Court that a Game of Skill will have a predominance of Skill Factor.
  • The principal legislation governing gambling in India is the Public Gambling Act, 1867 (“PGA”). The PGA criminalises the act of ‘gambling’ in a public forum and the keeping of a ‘common gaming house’. The PGA, however, creates an important exception in favour of games of skill, by stating that the provisions of the PGA shall [not] be held to apply to any ‘game of mere skill’ wherever played.

    • Am I allowed to play if I’m under the age of 18?
